For each of our clients, we create individualized and personalized meals to meet their specific wedding theme, ideas, and goals for their big day. Today’s post features the real wedding of our clients, Elana and Erin. Their stunning wedding was featured on the well-known bridal website, The Knot. We were honored to create the perfect wedding meal to accompany their big day. Check it out!

Elana and Erin’s Rustic Arizona Wedding

Elana and Erin had a very specific vision for their wedding. They wanted to create a rustic theme to highlight Arizona’s natural beauty and incorporate traditional Jewish celebrations in a modern way. To make the event their own, the couple opted to personalize their event as much as possible. In typical Jewish ceremonies, the bride will circle the groom seven times to symbolize the seven days of creation and to bless the marriage. Giving this tradition a modern twist, Elana and Erin decided to perform the circle three times individually and finish the final one together, emphasizing their union and commitment to each other. The couple’s unique touches transformed their wedding into a very personal, meaningful celebration. They think other couples should follow suit, “If tradition doesn’t fit with you, then make your own!”

The Food: Breakfast for Dinner

Elana and Erin also wanted to mix up the food they served at their wedding. Fresh From the Kitchen Chef Noelle Townsley met with the couple to determine a set menu to highlight preferred dishes and flavor pairings. The couple chose one of their favorite foods: breakfast for dinner! The fun choice showed off the couple’s personality, and worked perfectly with the relaxed theme of their wedding. The menu featured items like: banana foster french toast, omelet station, applewood smoked bacon, fresh seasonal fruit with crème fraiche dip, freshly brewed gourmet coffee, and a mimosa and bloody mary bar. Sounds delicious, right?
