Dear Chancery and parish staffs,
I had my first event off-site last Saturday at Xavier Performing Arts Center. For the event I hired a caterer named Fresh From the Kitchen. They provided a formal sit-down dinner for the bishop and 20 guests along with hors d’oeuvres and miniature desserts for a reception for 600. The food was very good (there wasn’t a crumb left of the hors d’oeuvres and desserts!) and the service was impeccable. Most of all, their customer service was top notch and the kindness and helpfulness of their wait staff was admirable.
